The floor manager looked up the machine history and told me, “I show never receiving $20 on this machine.” ……Are you serious?.OK, well that’s a problem with the machine then, please get me my $20 so I can be on my way. About 20 min on the clock now….she had to call someone else (floor manager I suppose). The lady at the bar called another lady (took her 10 min to get there) and she opened up the machine and looked at the voucher printer and money slot. Nothing came out and the screen said, “Please call attendant”. So I hit the print ticket button to get my money back (a voucher). I proceeded to select a game, but the screen was frozen. I put $20 into a poker machine at one of the bars. In short: My day at FireKeepers consisted of getting scammed out of $20, wasting two hours, and dealing with rude staff. You would think casinos today are legitimate, trustworthy, and ethical.
